Terms of Service for 360 Property

Welcome to 360 Property! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the 360Property platform, including its website, mobile application, and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

1. Introduction

360Property provides a platform for property owners, real estate agents, and users to list, buy, sell, or rent properties, including flats, apartments, plots, hostels, and PG accommodations.

At 360Property, we strive to offer exceptional services and premium benefits to our subscribers. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for subscription payments made by real estate agents and property owners.

1. No Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable Subscriptions: Once a subscription payment has been made, it is non-refundable, regardless of whether the subscriber cancels their subscription or deletes their account before the end of the subscription period.
  • Commitment Period: Subscribers are entitled to the premium benefits of their selected subscription plan for the full duration of the paid period, even if they discontinue use before its end.

2. Exceptions to the No Refund Policy

Refunds will only be provided in the following specific circumstances:

  • Technical Issues on Our End: If a technical issue caused by 360Property prevents you from accessing the premium benefits of your subscription for a significant portion of the subscription period.
  • Erroneous Charges: If you were mistakenly charged for a subscription you did not purchase or for multiple subscriptions due to a billing error on our end.

In such cases, refunds will be reviewed and approved at the sole discretion of 360Property’s support team.

3. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved under the exceptions outlined above, the refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 days from the date of approval. 360Property is not responsible for any delays caused by banking or payment service providers.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund under the eligible conditions:

  • Contact Support: Reach out to our customer support team via suppost@360Property.in with your subscription details and proof of payment.
  • Review Process: Our team will investigate your claim and notify you of the decision within 15 days.

5. Changes to Refund Policy

360Property reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our platform with the updated effective date.
