Removal of Listings: 360Property reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms or our policies.

5. Buyer and Renter Responsibilities

Verification: Buyers and renters are responsible for verifying property details, authenticity, and legal documentation before entering into any transaction.

Independent Decisions: 360Property does not guarantee the quality, legality, or suitability of listed properties. All transactions are conducted at your own risk.

6. Payments and Fees

Services Offered: 360Property charges fees for certain premium services, advertising, or transactions.

Payment Terms: All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Payment terms will be outlined during the service purchase process.

7. Content Ownership and Rights

User Content: You have to post your own content (e.g., property details, images). If you use other images or misleading content, 360Property has the right to remove it immediately.

Platform Content: All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the platform remain the property of 360Property or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or modify it without prior consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

360Property acts solely as a platform connecting users. We are not responsible for the actions of property owners, agents, buyers, or renters.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of property listings or user communications.

In no event shall 360Property be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold 360Property, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the platform.
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
• Any disputes between you and other users or third parties.

10. Termination

360Property reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms.
• Modify or discontinue the platform or its features without prior notice.

You may also terminate your account at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform after changes signifies your acceptance.
